3.Research Area and Scope of Work
|
The position entails broad knowledge of materials chemistry to develop new
high-performance catalysts and to establish their science and applications. Highly
motivated scholars are welcome, who will explore a new area in catalysis. Work
includes the educational participation in the graduate program at Graduate School of
Chemical Sciences and Engineering, Hokkaido University.

Applicants should submit the following items on A4 papers (or equivalent) in any
format:
(1) Curriculum vitae (2 pages including photograph(4cm x4cm), date of birth,
nationality, current address, contact information, educational history after high
school, degrees acquired, qualifications, employment history )
(2) Research achievements( which should be categorized into the following types: a)
refereed original papers, b) patents, c) reviews and commentaries, d) books, e)
invited lectures, f) grants awarded (main author only) and g) honors awarded.)
(3) Offprints (or photocopies) of ten journal publications accomplished by three
copies of each journal publication
(4) Brief of research to date (less than 4 pages, A4 size)
(5) Plan for research and education if appointed (less than 4 pages, A4 size)
(6) Two professional references (name, institution, tel., e-mail)
