This is a collaborative research achievement with Associate Prof. Min Gao from ICReDD, Assistant Prof. Daiki Kido and Prof. Masao Kimura from KEK IMSS, and Prof. Kiyotaka Asakura from Ritsumeikan University.
This is the first example of applying persistent homology to height information from STM images.
